How to

Company: edit company profile

  1. Go to Settings → Company.
  2. Click Upload/Replace to set the company logo or icon, or Remove to clear one.
  3. Click Edit (or Add) next to Company trading name, Company legal name, Business website, Business email, or Business ABN, then save.
  4. Toggle Business network to let other Zami businesses request a partnership with you.
  5. Under Company defaults, set your Timezone. Currency, unit system, and weight unit are fixed to AUD / metric / kilogram and can't be changed from this screen.

Company: clear work data or delete the account

  1. In the Danger Zone card (only visible with delete/erase permission), click Clear work data to permanently remove sales, orders, products, customers, and inventory while keeping your company profile and team — or click Delete account to remove everything.
  2. Confirm in the dialog that appears; the action runs immediately and can't be undone.

Billing: change your plan or add-ons

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. On a plan card, click Select plan (while trialing), Upgrade now, Downgrade, or Adjust plan — this opens the full Billing page to complete the change.
  3. Click Manage on the Addons card to add or remove add-ons.
  4. Click Update billing details to open the Stripe customer portal for payment methods and invoices.

Billing: cancel or restore your subscription

  1. With full ownership permission, click Cancel subscription, review the end-of-period notice, then confirm Cancel plan. Access continues until the current period ends.
  2. To undo a scheduled cancellation, click Restore subscription before the period ends.
  3. Review Payment history at the bottom of the page; click View on a row to open its invoice.

Team: invite a member

  1. Go to Settings → Team and click Invite member (disabled once you hit your seat limit).
  2. Enter their email, pick a role, and click Submit to send the invite.

Team: create or edit a custom role

  1. Click Create role (or Edit on an existing custom role under Custom roles).
  2. Name the role and check the permissions it should include, then save. Some permissions are locked on and can't be unchecked.

Team: change a member's role or revoke access

  1. Click Manage on a team member's row.
  2. Pick a new role from the dropdown and click Save, or click Revoke twice (to confirm) to remove their access.

  2. For Shopify, enter your store domain first, then continue — you'll be redirected to authorize the connection.
  3. Once connected, click Configure to map product fields (or fill in its settings form) and set default sale/purchase/delivery accounts for accounting integrations, then click Initialise (first sync) or Sync to run it.

Integrations: manage, resync, or disconnect

  1. Click Manage on a connected integration to see its status, configuration, and sync log.
  2. Click Sync to resync — for accounting integrations this opens a dialog to pick which record types to fully resync.
  3. If a warning shows records awaiting retry, click a row to open that record and fix the issue.
  4. Click Disconnect and confirm to stop syncing.

  2. Label builder (/settings/label) — opened via Customise template on Production. A canvas editor: use the tools panel to add data-bound text fields, a QR code, barcode, image, rectangle, or line; select an element to edit its properties; reorder/group layers; then Save or close.
