  • Create/edit on phone
  • Use Quotes offline

How to

Find a quote

  1. Open Quotes in the sidebar.
  2. Click a row (or row menu → View) to open it.

Create a quote

  1. Click Create quote.
  2. Enter a Name and toggle Auto apply to apply the quote automatically without a code.
  3. Click Add customer to choose which customers the quote applies to (required).
  4. Toggle Send email to email the customers, and Attach images to email to include product images.
  5. Toggle Use pricing to layer the quote on top of a Pricing group.
  6. Toggle Time based to restrict the quote to a Start date/End date range.
  7. Set a global Value rule (adjustment type + value), or expand a product category to set category- or product-level rules, and select the categories/products to include.
  8. Click Create.

Edit a quote

  1. Open a quote and click Edit (row menu or the view page's action menu).
  2. Update the fields/rules as above, then click Update.

Download the quote PDF

  1. Select one or more quotes on the list and click Download, or open a quote and choose Download from its action menu.

Switch visibility / activate a quote

  1. Select quotes on the list and click Switch visibility, or open a quote and choose Activate/Disable from its action menu. Requires quote.update.

Send a quote to a customer

  1. Open a quote and choose Send to customer from its action menu.

Delete a quote

  1. Open a quote that is currently Disabled and choose Delete from its action menu (only available while inactive).
  2. Confirm the delete action.

Export

  1. Click Export on the list to download the current rows as quotes.xls.
