Production history

Access

• Route: /prodledger
• Permission: production.view
• Module: Production
• Offline: not available

You can

• Browse production history (name, best-before, start/finish, status)
• Open /prodledger/view/...
• Delete single or bulk when production.update is granted (there is no separate production.delete permission)

You cannot

• Open History without Production module + production.view
• Delete without production.update
• Create new runs here (use Production create)
• Use this area offline

How to

Browse production history

1. Open Production → History in the sidebar.
2. Search the list or sort by Best before.

View a production run

1. Click a row to open its record.
2. Review the batch size, expected yield, start/end dates, and produced packages (use Print label on a package to reprint it).
3. Check the Stages table for each step's status and timing.
4. If packing is awaiting approval, click Set best before to allocate best-before dates to the produced packages.
5. Click View recipe to open the recipe that was used.
6. If any step is still editable, click Edit to change it.

Delete a production run

1. Select one or more rows on the list and click Delete, or open a run and click Delete on its page.
2. Confirm the prompt — this needs production.update.
