Production reports
Safety report templates under Production → Reports.
Access
- Route:

- Phone: create/edit/submit redirect to the list; preview works on phone
You can
- Browse safety report templates (active/disabled, submission count, frequency)
- Create template with
safety.create - View, Edit, Submit due forms with update where routed
- Preview a form with
safety.view(including on mobile)
You cannot
- Open Reports without
safety.view - Create/edit/submit without create/update
- Create/edit/submit on phone (preview only)
- Use this area offline
How to
Browse safety templates
- Open Production → Reports in the sidebar.
- Each card shows Active/Disabled, how many forms have been submitted (or Unsubmitted), and the repeat frequency.
- Click a card to open its details.
Create a safety template
- Click Create template.
- Drag elements from the left palette onto the canvas to add questions — choices (dropdown, radio, switch, state), media (camera, files, signature), text (label, short text, paragraph), or other (time, temperature, date).
- Click a question to edit its title, description, options and whether it's Required in the right-hand Design panel; use the row of icons to reorder, duplicate or delete it.
- Switch to the Settings tab to set the Repeat type:
- None — filled in on demand only.
- Daily — triggers every day at Start and/or End of production.
- Weekly — pick the days of the week, with an optional custom Start/End trigger per day.
- Enter a template Name.
- Click Save.
View, edit or submit a template
- Open a template from the list.
- Click Edit to change its questions or scheduling.
- Click Submit form when a form is due (or from the Production blocking prompt), fill in required fields, and click Submit.
- Submitted forms are listed under the template's History tab.
Preview a submitted form
- From the template's History tab, click a submitted row to open it in read-only preview and review the answers, files, and signatures that were captured.
Delete a template
- Open the template and click Delete.
- Confirm the prompt to remove it.
