How to

View the production schedule

  1. Open Production in the sidebar.
  2. Each row is an order; click the arrow to expand/collapse its steps and packing.
  3. Use the arrows either side of the date, or click the date label to jump to today.
  4. Click an order's name to open its full record in History.

Complete a due safety form

  1. If a safety form is due, Production shows a blocking prompt instead of the schedule (before starting the day's runs, or after finishing them).
  2. Click Start next to each listed form and fill it in.
  3. Once all due forms are submitted, the schedule loads normally.

Create a production run

  1. Click Create production.
  2. Search and select a Recipe — its steps, ingredients, and batch yield preview underneath.
  3. Set the number of batches with the +/- controls.
  4. Work through the stepper (one tab per process, plus packing): set the Production date for that stage, review or adjust ingredient lot allocations, then click Accept to lock it in and move on (or Skip on packing if it isn't ready yet).
  5. Add optional Notes.
  6. Click Create once every step is accepted.

Edit a scheduled production run

  1. Open the run from the schedule or from History, then click Edit.
  2. Steps already started or completed are locked; only steps still created/draft can be changed.
  3. Adjust batch quantity, dates, ingredient allocations, or packing, then click Save.

Start or finish a production step

  1. On the schedule, click a step's bar to open its details.
  2. Click Start to confirm ingredient allocations and begin the step.
  3. Once in progress, reopen it and click Finish to complete it.

Manage packing

  1. Click the Packing bar for an order.
  2. Click Start to confirm best-before dates (if stock is tracked) and begin packing.
  3. Use Print label on a package once packing is in progress.
  4. Click Finish to confirm produced quantities — you can confirm packages over multiple passes if needed.
