Inventory

Access

• Route: /inventory
• Permission: inventory.view (no module gate on this list)
• Offline: not available from sidebar

You can

• View stock levels (product, SKU, category, stock) with filters
• Open inventory detail /inventory/view/...
• Use Import where offered (/inventory/import)
• Export the current list to Excel

You cannot

• Open Inventory without inventory.view
• Create stock adjustments here — use Stock history or transfers
• Use Inventory offline from the sidebar

How to

Browse and filter stock

1. Open Inventory; use the filter bar to narrow by category, stock level, etc.
2. Use the search box to find a product by name, SKU or barcode.

Import stock data

1. Open the Inventory tab options and choose Import.
2. Drag & drop or browse for a CSV, click Import, then review the imported/updated/skipped stats.

View a product's inventory

1. Click a row to open its inventory page — see lot/best-before breakdown, allocated deliveries, incoming purchases/production, and ledger history.
2. Click Adjust stock to open Stock history pre-filled with this product, or Product page to view the product record.

Export the list

1. Click Export to download the currently loaded rows as inventory.xls.
